with the new equipment that I have, its become very easy to do hard farming tasks
Longhorns would be helpful when it came to eating because they would basically thrive on the native grasses. In times of drought longhorns would simply eat prickly pear cacti! Longhorns could survive on little water. The Longhorns were also amun to to the cattle disease called Texas fever. With long legs and horns they help fight of loads of animals.
In the year of 1902, more than 17 MILLION barrels of oil were made. With the discovery of this huge oil field the price of oil dropped. As companies rushe to get their hands on some oil it soon led to the depletion of Spindeltop. Many companies went out of business. The businesses that didn’t go out of business grew into major businesses!
With John Deere’s deep steel plow helped farmers break through the hard soil. Texans also started to use mechanical farm tools. Some of which include horse-drawn plows, two-row planters, threshers, steam plowed threshers, loads of steam-plowed machines. But, most of all, the farmers used these machines to increase production!
