  • February 2, 1848 The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo was signed at the Villa de Guadalupe Hidalgo, this ended the war between America and Mexico
  • With this Treaty the war ends here 
  • The Mexican American war ended in a settlement and the chicano movements goal is for restoration of land, rights for farm workers and education reforms, 
  • We want our land back!
