Mary Beth Tinker was a 13-year-old junior high school student in December 1965 when she and a group of students decided to wear black armbands to school to protest the war in Vietnam.
The kids wanted to exercise there freedom of speech but the school didn’t like it
All children should be able to have freedom of speech
Amendment 1 and 14 every body should the freedom of speech ,religion ,petition and assembly . Every body born in the U.S is a citizen
This case determined that every one even kids should have a voice in their city, state , and country
