  •                       Showering
  • Brushing Teeth
  • Washing Hands
  • Showering / bathing should be an every day thing. You should use warm water and mild soap.
  • Washing Hair
  • Brushing your teeth is a daily thing. You should brush your teeth for 1-3 minutes at least twice a day. Use the right amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea)
  • Shaving
  • Wet your hands with clean water and apply soap. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
  • Deodorant 
  • Start by rinsing your hair with warm water, then apply shampoo, lather your hair with the shampoo. Make sure when rinsing out the shampoo you get all of it out
  • When shaving, you need to use a sharp razor, some sort of shaving cream, and water to have a nice clean shave.
  • You should apply deodorant under the arms any  time you begin to smell like body odor. This will keep you from smelling bad.
