  • The first good stressbuster is laughing. Laughing is good to relieve stress because it helps to distract you from what you are stressing about and make you feel better.
  • Exercising is also a good activity to relieve stress because It makes you feel better about your self. This can help you to achieve the hard tasks that you were feeling stressed about.
  • Eating healthy is also a good way to relieve stress. If you eat healthy it can help you to feel better.
  • Hanging out with friends is my favorite way to relieve stress. It's a good stressbuster because being with people that care about you is important. and also, it's good to laugh.
