The first good stressbuster is laughing. Laughing is good to relieve stress because it helps to distract you from what you are stressing about and make you feel better.
Exercising is also a good activity to relieve stress because It makes you feel better about your self. This can help you to achieve the hard tasks that you were feeling stressed about.
Eating healthy is also a good way to relieve stress. If you eat healthy it can help you to feel better.
Hanging out with friends is my favorite way to relieve stress. It's a good stressbuster because being with people that care about you is important. and also, it's good to laugh.
Sleeping is good because it gives your brain a rest and can recharge you so that you have the energy you need to complete your tasks the next day
