In the paleolithic age, people hunted animals and gathered plants, Some problems with hunting is that it was dangerous, and if we stayed too long, the plants and animals grew scare.
We also learned that by domesticating animals we could use them for own purposes and make things easier
Us Neolithic learned that we could grow our own food by collecting and planting the seeds of plants
We built permanent houses by packing mud and bricks together sometimes adding rocks. We used our houses to store our food by building sections into our floors, we used our homes to cook food by digging holes in the floor and putting charcoal in it.
Living in communities helped us to become more organized because we could divide up the work and we could defend ourselves easier
Living in communities, we had specialized jobs like farming, weaving, trading and tool making. Also, we would decorate pottery so they were pretty and made living more comfortable.
We traded because we wanted to become more skilled in our crafts. We conducted trade by crossing mountains by foot, we rode donkeys across deserts and we sailed across the Mediterranean sea
