- Scene 1
- The printing press was made in 1440. its creation was caused by the Chinese movable press coming to Europe
- Scene 2
- Early fountain pens where first made in the 1400's after the use of quill pens. This shows that the creator improved the pen through collective learning.
- A "nerdy" 6th grader wondering about how writing has evolved.
- Scene 3
- A battalion commander writing a letter to his higher up in the army on the status of battle using a quill pen.
- When Chinese movable press started coming to Europethe printing press was made in 1440 caused by the Chinese movable press this is the big reason it was made.
- Scene 4
- We want bulk paper!
- Yeah! We'll keep burning paper till we get bulk paper.
- A writer in the 1400's making a draft for a book with a fountain pen.

- Wow there is so much more to modern writing. I am glad I learned about it and I hope you are too.
- In the revolutionary war many soldiers used quills to write. Fun fact the declaration of independence was written with a quill pen. The reason for this is that the quill pen was the writing utensil of colonial america.
- People burning paper so they can get bulk paper, because it is cheaper people started asking for bulk paper to be the main paper in 1450.
- The 6th grader is interested and in what he learned and wants you to be happy too.
