The Tibet-Qinghai Plateau is very cold due to how high it is. Two major rivers start in this area. The Huang He and the Chang Jiang.
These are the Northwestern Deserts. There are two of them. The Taklimakan Desert and the Gobi desert.
This is the Northeastern plain. Two major rivers run through this area, the Liao and the Sungari.
This is the North China Plain. The river in this area is yellow. It is called the Huang He river, translating to yellow river.
These are the Chang Jaing Basins. They are areas of wet, coastal plains. They are located along the Chang Jiang, translating to long river.
