  • In chapter 1, Jem and Scout meet Dill in their home of Maycomb County. They also tells stories to each other about this kid name Boo Radley.
  • Chapter 4 "The Knothole"
  • In Chapter 2, Scout has her first day of school, and her teacher doesn't like her at all. In her teacher,Miss Maudie's defense, she had just moved to Maycomb, and didn't know a lot about the people.
  • Chapter 5 "Fishing for Boo"
  • In Chapter 3, Scout gets into a fight with Walter Cunningham, but then later Jem invited him to have lunch with them. Atticus also said this to Scout, "You never really understand a person until you consider things from their point of view-until you climb into their skin and walk around in it"
  • Chapter 6 " The Radley's Gunshot
  • In Chapter 4, Scout found some chewing gum in the knothole of a tree and later, two Indian-head coins with Jem. Also, Scout goes in a tire and lands in the front yard of the Radley's place.

  • In chapter 5, Dill and Scout started some kind of relationship. Scout, Jem, and Dill used a fishing pole to try to get Boo Radley to come out of his house.

  • In chapter 6, the kids went to the Radley place. Jem lost his pants to a wired fence trying to escape the Radley place after they heard a gunshot there.
  • Oh no a gun Scout!!!!
