  • Why do we keep declaring war on the British? 
  • Let us start a war!
  • Another war?!
  • Save yourselves!!
  • RUN!!
  • Govonor, William Henry Harrison led U.S. Troops into batle and victory in Tippecanoe. Native Americans in the Northwest Territory believed America needed the British to help support them. 
  • On June 18th, 1812, President James Madison signed the deceration of war against Britain. The congress had become divided on the issue over war. 
  • On August 16th, 1812, in Upper Canada, the U.S. suffered great defeat after Sir Isasac Brock led the U.S. troops across the Canadian boarder, scaring Michigan William Hull away without shots fired.
