Culture is the environment or the energy created within a company or community. It’s what motivates themselves to be better.
The missing piece that a good workplace has that those that don’t is how they communicate and the effort they put it to making a the project as best as they can
I think culture is important in the workplace is because people wouldn't know if they need to be enthusiastic or how they can work there hours at a job.
I think how we can communicate what we’ve learned effectively is we would have to have good speaking skills to others. We can’t be stuttering or messing up. That's okay, but people grab attention to what the persons saying when they speak clear and is firm about what they want to address.
