part two

Storyboard Text

  • Electronegativity determines how the sharing of electrons will be distributed between the two shared atoms
  • Aha youre right but there's something more to it, would anyone like to add on?
  • isn't also the larger the electronegativity is the stronger the atoms attract the electrons?
  • Yes you're right!
  • Does anyone know the difference between polar and non polar?
  • Covalent polar bonding is when both non metal elements are made out of the same charge which can be both negative or positive. When a non-metal covalent bonding involves with one positive charge and one negative then it means they are non-polar covalent bonding
