The pancakes will give me carbohydrates that my body will use for energy, and the bacon will give me protein will build and repair muscle tissue.
I will have a burger with bacon, lettuce, cheese, and a side of fries and protein. I need to eat all of this to get Amino acid, which is the building block of protein.
It's !:30 now so I am going to go eat my Pre-Game Meal.
