The exposition of Henry IV is about King Henry IV, His son (Prince of Wales) Hotspur, Falstaff and more. Mean while Prince Harry was sitting at the bar with highway men and criminals as they got ready for the robbery. Later in the book they will soon go to war because King Henry got mad over why they raised the army without him.
Prince Henry is the protagonist, because he is the main character as he fought Hotspur, He was also on the kings side.
The climax is when the guards blow the trumpet and announce that the war is about to begin.
My Favorite characters are Falstaff and Hotspur. Because Falstaff is a fat man and steals and lies for a living. And i like Hotspur because when he fights Prince Henry, he gets defeated and pretend he's dead so he can outplay Hal when he comes back in
That's when Hotspur fakes his death and pretends that he's dead so when Prince Henry came back in the room he was suprised.
The rising action is when Prince Henry and Hotspur fight with swords in the room and when Hotspur loses. Hotspur plays like an opossum once Prince Henry leaves and comes back he was shocked and directly said "WHAT HOW IS HE ALIVE I CHECKED HIS PULSE!"
The resolution to Henry IV part 1 is when the king wins the fight against the north.
