One day Ivan woke up and he felt really sick. He knew he had gastralgia from eating too much junk food the past month and his whole body was hurting. He couldn't handle the pain so he yelled for his mom to come to his room.
As soon as Ivan's mom opened the door she got mad at him because she knew he had malaise from not eating right. She told him that he had to wait to go to the doctor until tomorrow and to come down for breakfast. Ivan kept complaining about the pain and told his mom that he thought he had paralysis because he couldn't stand up.
She quickly picked up Ivan and put him in the car. She was so scared that her son had some horrible disease or illness like osteoporosis or gallstones so they headed to the hospital without a moment to spare.
The doctor quickly understood the state that Ivan was in and asked his mom what Ivan was c/o before coming to the hospital. His mom said he was feeling a lot of pain in his stomach. The doctor quickly did a checkup on his EENT and had an ultrasound done. The doctor also checked his breathing and said that Ivan's BS were irregular. The DX was that he had indeed had gallstones and needed surgery stat because they had ruptured, which was the cause of all the pain.
As soon as Ivan was in the OR the doctor began to do a cholecystectomy. She started by making a four small cuts into Ivan's abdominal area to insert a small camera and small tools. When she was in the gallbladder she could see that the cholecystitis had gotten so bad. She quickly finished the surgery and went to talk to Ivan's mother.
