  •  Austin and Burleson decided that they would siege the town of Bexar to starve them and force them to surrender.
  • On October 12, 1835, the siege began. Texas army surrounded the town of Bexar not allowing anyone in, or out.
  • Ben Milam decided that they should storm the town. He took 300 out of the 600 men to storm.
  • The 300 men took over 2 houses and made their way through the town shoting, to drive the Mexican troops away.
  • The troops drove the Mexican troops out of Bexar and into San Antonio. (The Alamo)
  • Texas defeated the Mexican troops and gained The Alamo and more weapons.
