  • Adams: I am president of america and I want to hire more judges!
  • I better send some commissions.
  • Ha! now I'm president and I refuse to send those commissions. Make sure they don't get them.
  • O.K.
  • Hey! I wanted that commission. I was promised!
  • you are right the courts do have to legally give you your writ.
  • Well according to section 13 of the Judicial act we can't give you on. It's not our Problem.
  • you are owed a writ on why you cold not receive your commission.
  • its the states job to make the courts write me a writ.
  • You must give me a writ of mandamus I am entitled to it!
  • A writ is the only remedy to this issue. 
  • never refuse to pay someones commission again and also learn about the government your in control of your first two questions you asked during the court case were down right dumb of course he was entitled to the writ and of course the courts are supposed to write him one!

  • Yes! now because of the case the judicial system will be equal in power to the other branches of government.
