  •  Some of the risks are once the men or women begin to push the sled which needs a big amount of force. With the sled weighing 400 to 500 pounds causing a tear in the hamstring.

  • They are preventions to stop the injuries such as stretching this can help prepare the leg to push a big amount of weight or the equipment the players use in order to be safe for example the shoes and helmets.
  • For one, the shoe helps the person not slip when running on the ice. Second, the shoe has to be flexible so that when you are running, it wouldn't be as hard to run on the ice. third, shoes with the greatest toe-spring angle lead to the best performances.
  • Representing and explaining how the athlete running cause the foot and the hamstring pull.
