Storyboard Text

  • Chapter 1
  • It was the beginning of the summer when Dill came.
  • Chapter 2
  • This says...
  • I am Miss Caroline Fisher. I am from North Alabama, from Winston County.
  • Chapter 3
  • She told me you taught me all wrong, so we can't read anymore, ever
  • Jem and Scout argue over where the story began and who to blame on him breaking his arm.  It is important because it starts off the whole book and gets the conversation going.
  • Miss Caroline had introduced herself on the first day of school. This is a very important part in the story due to her being from the Northern Alabama and someone who causes confict with Scout.
  • Miss Caroline had told Scout that she had been taught wrong her whole life due to her living in the southern part of Alabama. This is important because it shows the diversity of North and South Alabama back in the days since north Alabama thinks that if they weren't taught the northern way then it was wrong.
