- Riya, the investor telling Yap, the director she heard the company have going concern issue so she wants to take back the investments.
- Yap explained it was a mistake, her company is doing well. Thus, Riya will not take back the investments but she required a good audit report.
- Meera, the internal auditor reporting the going concern issue to Yap. Yap asks Meera find a way to get standard unqualified audit report from external auditor.
- Softcopy of documents received by Yap, the external auditor were not clear so Yap conduct a meeting with Meera, the accountant and Riya, the internal auditor to confirm the amount of the items.
- During the meeting, three parties are having poor communication because of the internet connection and delay problem.
- Due to unstable internet connection, Yap could not get the exact amount as audit evidence.
