  • First before handling any food you should always wash your hands
  • Then get two different plates. One for your meat, eggs and one for your vegetables so you don't cross contaminate
  • Cut an onion on one side so its stable while you cut it it doesn't roll and you cut yourself. Then mix the substances together and make little balls and separate them.
  • Make sure their is nothing near the stove that nothing can catch on fire. Then saute onion and garlic in olive oil, and just in case of a fre have your baking soda ready.
  • Then turn the stove on low and let that stuff simmer for 90 mins, then add tomato paste basil and pepper and meatball then mix and let that simmer for 30 mins.
  • The serve and enjoy the Italian spaghetti sauce with meatballs
