Well if you didn't say anything these things wouldn't be on my table
To have a balanced meal you need 3 main components . Fruits and vegetables, protein and grains.
First the smallest portion of your meals, grains they give you many helpful vitamins , and are full of fibres to keep your body healthy
so you're telling me that my breakfast today was all grains?
I never knew that those are so important.
The second biggest portion is protein which can range from read meat to beans. Protein helps you repair tissues, make enzymes and hormones
the biggest portion of any meal is fruits and veggies. they are a great source of potassium, fibre, and vitamins. They also supply you with lots of sugar
I really haven't been eating balanced meals. I should start eating balanced meals.
