  • My name is Alyssa and  Today I am going to be telling you about a biome. 
  • The Rainforests are home to half of the Earth's plant and animal species. They are winter homes to many birds that breed in temperate latitudes. Tropical Rainforests are some of the most beautiful wildernesses on our planet. The forests are a potential source of medicinal plants that may benefit everyone on Earth. This biome is located in North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia. The Climate for the Tropical Rainforest is 80 to 400 inches (2,000 to 10,000 mm).

  • The tropical rainforest biome is an ecosystem that covers about 7% of the Earth's surface. They are found all over the world but the majority of the tropical rainforest lies in South America in Brazil. The weather in the tropical rainforest is rainy yet pleasant all year round, day or night.
