Storyboard Text

  • A few days later...
  • Time to go see my doctor and find out what's going to happen next!
  • WOW I JUST DIVIDED!
  • I've been scarred for life :-(
  • While Freddy was walking over to the doctor a division happens on the street.
  • Hey Freddy do you know why you're here today?
  • Yes, I am going to finally divide!
  • Now slow down there buddy. Before you can divide you have to go through four more phases.
  • Oh really, can't this just be over yet? Any way what are the stages?
  • Ah yes! The phases are Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase. You will be done at Cytokinesis. I have some images I'll show them to you at the time of the event.
  • Wow buddy really? I don't know what you just said .
  • Great news! That's Prophase taking place! Your Nuclear membrane and nucleolus is breaking down. Your spindle fibers appear from the centrioles, and your chromatin condenses. In a plant cell they don't appear from centrioles.
  • I am feeling a bit weird right now.
