  • At one point in the war a large amount of soldiers had no food,clothing,or supplies. They went through a very hard time and had a harsh winter.  As a result many died from starvation or diseases.
  • On October 19,1781 Washington,Rochambeau,and Cornwallis and their troops fought the final battle of the American Revolutionary war.Washington and Rochambeau's strategy was to fight off the British and have France as an ally.France helped  the American surround the loyalists who supported the British government and beat them in the war.
  • Around 33,900 Americans were either killed or injured in the American Revolutionary war and 1,400 remained missing.10 British soldiers died and between 60,000 and 100,000 British Civilians left during or after the war. The soldiers were never paid and some had o rely on their land if they had any for money.
