I found this great new fitness app which has been a great motivation
Sticking to a workout schedule is so tough. I don't know how you do it?!
I can set up my own profile and create a weekly schedule based on what my goals are
Creating your own schedule is as easy as just tapping on a time slot and assigning an activity
You can edit and view details by tapping on one of the scheduled times
Once you're done creating your schedule you can save it to your profile and the best part is it's available for others to see when they go to your profile!
