Andrew Jackson was born in 1767, and grew up in a uninsettle area in north carolina.
Andrew Jackson faught in the war of 1812 and the Revolutionary war. Not only did he fight but he was a general which helped him in the future election. He aslo acted in the Indian removal.
Andrew Jackson baecame presidant in 1829 and served until 1837.Also Andrew Jackson vetoed the bill re-chartering the Second Bank in July 1832. While he was president he was involved with a confrontation between the state of South Carolina and the federal government. He also nominated Alcée La Branche as Minister to Texas.
