The battle was important because it was the "turning point of the war". It was also very important because France and other countries realized that the Americans might actually defeat Great Britain. France decided to help the Americans because of the victory.
Vally Forge was important because it was the camp that George Washington stayed in with his troop. It was a hard winter and Vally Forge and they had to work if they wanted to survive because most starved to death but some froze to death.
War affects families
I don't think we can go much longer.
Thomas Paine was a publisher of The American Crisis. The American Crisis was a short little paragraph about the struggle of food and surviving. Paine was Geroge Washington's side.
This is what happens if I just stay loyal.
The foreign was helpful because we were able to have more people fighting instead of doing stuff for Geoge Washington or in the medical tent. One example of a foreign aid that helped us is Layfette because he worked for free and didn't ask to get payed. Acutally he asked not to be payed.
War affected the families because the wife has to do extra stuff that they don,t even need to be doing because their husband isn't there. The wife usually traveled with them and it would be harder to take kids with you.
The loyalists were treated poorly. They spied on the Patriots and they also were selling a bunch of things. Their neighbors shunned them and sometimes the got arrested. They got exacuted rarly.
