  • "I dreamt last night of the three Weird Sisters. To you they have showed some truth."(Act 2.1)
  • "I think not of them. Yet, when we can entreat an hour to serve, We would spend it in some words upon that business, If you would grant the time.(Act 2.1)
  • "Is this a dagger which I see before me, The handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee."(Act 2.1)
  • "I go, and it is done. The bell invites me. Hear it not, Duncan, for it is a knell That summons thee heaven or to hell."(Act2.1)
  • Banquo talks to Macbeth about his dream he had about the witches and how some of it was truthful and Macbeth lies an says he wouldn't do anything like that.
  • Right before he goes to King Duncan, Macbeth starts to hallucinate. He starts to see a dagger and if deciding whether he should kill the king or not.
  • Macbeth kills King Duncan and feels guilty about it.
