Three people are on the roof of their (cheap) apartment building in winter. They were enjoying a view of the city (NYC) when they realized they got locked out because it was past curfew (10:00 pm). They panicked for a while, before soon the moods got sour. Two people, Jeff and Francis, get into an argument about who is cold because Jeff got offended by Francis. Francis asked what he was wearing because it was cold out and Jeff replied telling him what he was wearing and then asking (very angrily and snobbish) what Francis was wearing and if he is cold. Francis replied angrily and added that he was very warm. They forgot who else was on the roof. She was shivering when she came over and told them angrily and annoyed that they weren't cold and that she was freezing. They both replied saying, what she was wearing because it's freezing out.
