My name is A.J and I am twelve. I was opening presents on Christmas Day. I opened my last present to reveal N.B.A. tickets! I realized after my freakout that there was four tickets. My mom must have realized this because she said, "One ticket is for your Aunt, the other one is for a friend." I said, "I want to invite A.J."
No! Chicago lost.
A.J. and I were excited to go. A.J. and I have the same names, it got confusing for my mom. A.J. and I played on our phones the whole way there. Every once in a while I would look up to see the fields going by. We looked up one last time and saw the tall buildings of Chicago right in front of us. The only bad thing was traffic.
Yeah! That three though I wish didn't go in.
That game was awesome!
We arrived at the arena very excited. The first quarter just began as we got there. We made it on time! The whole first half of the game the Chicago Bulls were hanging on. The score was very close at the end of the third quarter.
At the end of the fourth quarter, Chicago was behind by two when the other team hit a dagger three to secure the victory for their team. As the time crept away, the end came. The Chicago Bulls lost.
After the game, we went to my aunt's house to spend the rest of the night. A.J. and I talked about the game the whole way there. My mom was quietly driving us through the traffic.
After we arrived we had to go to bed. I, even though was trying to go to sleep, thought of that game all through the night. This was the best Christmas present I could have ever gotten for that Christmas.
