Storyboard Text

  • Rhea Silvia and Mars (God fo War) gave birth to two twins- Romulus and Remus. Rhea Silvia's uncle, Amulius was greedy for the throne and wanted to make sure that Romulus and Remus couldn't take his place.
  • So, Amulius made his servants throw Romulus and Remus into the Tiber River, hoping they would drown.
  • Luckily, a she-wolf found the crying infants in the river and took care of them. Later, a shepherd found the two children and took care of them.
  • Now this city will be called "Rome".
  • One day, their grandpa (Numitor), the king before Amulius kicked him out, went to go see them. He realized that they were his grandchildren.
  • Romulus and Remus then returned to the castle and killed Amulius. After, they decided to build a city.
  • The two brothers couldn't agree on a name, so they fought until Romulus eventually killed Remus. Romulus then named the city "Rome" after his name. He became the king and turned into the next God of War when he died.
