The Monroe Doctrine effected the trust between the colonists and the Indians. No European Countries interfered with the Western Hemisphere, but other colonists did.
The Monroe Doctrine caused European Countries (like Great Britain), to not interfere with the Western Hemisphere.
America says to not take over the Western Hemisphere.
