The American Revolution Representing: Our Failure Our Duty
In 1765-1783 The American Revolution took place. The 13 colonies fought for independence against Great Britain.
The 13 colonies won and gained their independence from Great Britain!
The 13 colonies hated being apart of Great Britain and loved the idea of a new area where they could be free. Moving to the colonies was a taste of independance but also a failure for the citizens of the colonies since they were still attached to Great Britain and were not free. The American Revolution allowed for the citizens of the colonies to be free from Great Britain once they won the war. It was their duty to finally win their independance.
