The exposition of TKAM is when Boo Radley (the kid) stabbed his father in the leg while he was reading in their home. The reason for this the characters don't know. This is one of the first things introduced.
Climax
The conflict of TKAM is person v. person. The two people in conflict are Tom Robinson and Mayella Ewell. There is conflict because Tom is accused of raping Mayella
Falling Action
The rising action of TKAM is scout and Jems increased the curiosity of Boo Radley thier neighbor. (After Tom and Mayellas conflict was introduced)
Resolution
The climax of TKAM is after Tom is convicted and sent to jail and he tried to escape from prison. Tom was shot and killed while he was trying to escape.
The falling action of TKAM is when Bob Ewell attacks Jem and Scout on their way back home. Boo Radley comes to their rescue and fatally stabs Bob Ewell.
To Kill a Mockingbird is resolved by letting Scout finally meet Boo and take him back to his house after saving her. The story is also resolved by Bob Ewell dying instead of getting his revenge.
