"Whew! I finished that crazy exam, I'm so relieved", exclaimed Billy Test. "But.. ugh, I have a ton of homework to do! Teachers suck."
"I'm so excited to see my friends! I wanna see when they're gonna do their homework", chuckled Billy. Funnily, his best friend Adam walked up to him. "Hello, bud. How are you?" He was startled. "Oh! I'm fine, thanks for asking. What time you gonna start your homework?" Adam stopped. "Dude, who does homework anymore? It's all about Fortnite." Billy shrugged and walked on the bus.
"Alright! Time to hop on Fortni-" A loud screech came from the kitchen. "BILLY! Go do your homework!! I don't care if you want to play some stupid game, your education is actually beneficial to you." Billy sighed. "But, mom! Everybody's playing Fortnite now-a-days. I don't care if I have homework to do..!" He jolted to the computer where his PS4 was.
"I guess that I will do my homework later, because of I really want to go and play. I don't want my mom to get upset. " Billy hops on the couch and throws on his headset.
*hours pass and it's time to go to bed* "BILLY! Time to hit the sack!!" He sits there in silence. "Wait..." Billy murmurs to himself. "Did I really... let all that time pass? I have homework to do... and a lot of it too.." He startled up the stairs and ran up to the desk in the bedroom.
"Oh gosh. How will I ever finish all this in time?!" Billy's mother came in the room. "Good ni-" She stopped. "Billy, what are you doing? I told you to do your homework a while ago, so why are you starting it now?" He paused and stared up at her. " I'm sorry mom. I played video games because I thought I'd finish my homework in time. I just want to be cool." She ran up and gave him a big hug. "Billy, you don't have to play "Fortnite" to be cool. Adam seems like a very bad influence. Don't let this happen again." He smiled. "Okay, mom. I won't let this happen again."
