  • The Burning of Washington, D.C.-August 1814
  • Battle of Fort Meigs-April 3rd to May 9th 1813
  • Battle of York-April 27th 1813
  • Winner: Great Britain Result: The British were able to destroy most of Washington D.C. as revenge for the Americans burning of York (Toronto).
  • Battle of Fort McHenry
  • Winner: United States Reslut: When America successfully defended the fort the British abandoned their siege and moved on to Fort Stephenson.
  • Battle of New Orleans-January 8th 1815
  • Winner: United States Resulte: The Battle did little to advance either side's control of Canadian waters but the victory did boost American moral.
  • 
  • Winner: United States Result: The British gathered their troops and headed towards New Orleans and their defeat in Badtimore will play  a major part in both sides signing a peace treaty.
  • Winner: United States Result: The victory led Jackson to the White House thirteen years later which led the Age of the Common Man.
