  • "The oxygen and glucose that Photosynthesis creates as a byproduct are used as reactants in cellular respiration. The process of cellular respiration uses oxygen and glucose to create Carbon dioxide, Water and ATP. the Carbon dioxide and Water are then brought back to the chloroplasts to use as reactants in photosynthesis."

  • "There are two types of Fermentation, Alcoholic and Lactic Acid. Despite both types of fermentations having glucose as the only reactant and creating 2 ATP; the processes are in two very different materials and have other products. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in yeast and creates Ethanol and Carbon dioxide as products whilst Lactic Acid fermentation occurs in your muscles and makes Lactic Acid as a product."

  • "There are also two types of transport, Active and Passive. While active transport uses energy, passive transport uses no energy."
  • "Some examples of Passive Transportation are Osmosis and simple acts of diffusion where there is no needs for a protein carrier, they are passive because the molecules can easily pass through the membrane and out of the cell. Now, some examples of Active transport are Endocytosis and Exocytosis; the reason why Endocytosis and Exocytosis are active transport is because the call has to physically morph to expel or allow in molecules."
