To The People of Taliaferro Street I dedicate This Wall of Respect Painted in Memory of Cousin Jimmy Lyons
Everyone on the boy's street come out and see the amazing Mural the the lady from New York painted and dedicated to her cousin, the boys then apologize for making all the trouble. Everyone one the street loved the Mural. The Mural showed the two boys, Martin Luther King, JR., Minister Malcolm X, Harriet Tubman, Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer, Frieda Morris, Hattie Morris, and others.
The theme of "The War of The Wall" is to not judge someone before you meet them. The boys just thought that the painter lady was ruining "their" wall, but really she was just trying to improve the wall and give everyone on the street a "treat".
