  • Multiple Intelligences By: Manjot Multani
  • Multiple intelligence helps us through life in many different ways.  There are nine different intelligences that aid us in the real world.  Throughout this comic, I will be talking about my top three intelligences, which are Visual Spatial, Mathematical-logical, and Interpersonal.
  • My top intelligence is Visual Spatial. People with the visual spatial intelligence are excellent at remembering images, faces, and illustrations. These types of people are able to visualize things from different angles. An example from my life is my art. I use the Visual Spatial intelligence when creating visual images in my mind to create my art.
  • y=(3x+4)(3x+4)
  •  An example of a Visual Spatial occupation is an architect. Architects use their Visual Spatial intelligence to visualize and interpret the images of blueprints that they will use to create houses and buildings. I might want to consider this occupation because I use this same strategy in my everyday life.
  • Volume of a Rectangular Prism =(Length)(Width)(Height)
  • Another occupation that I might want to consider is a sculptor. Sculptors are good at creating visual images in their minds to create their sculpture. I think that this would be a good match for me because art is one of my favourite subjects and I am very good at it.
  •     My second intelligence is Mathematical-Logical. People with this intelligence are very good at reasoning, logical thinking, and completing math problems. They are also good at comprehending complex and abstract ideas. A real life example is when I solve mathematical questions. When solving a profit question, I need to find all the possible multiples.
  • An example of an occupation for people who use the Mathematical-Logical intelligence is an engineer. Engineers use math when calculating the how much of an amount of a particular type of substance they need. They would need to use math to find the volume of a shape that will be used for something. I am considering this occupation because I love to do math and I am very good at it. I also like to fix and create things.
