  • In the scene 2 his mistake is he went to apollo anfd apollo tell the truth that Oedipus kill his dad and married with his mother. Oedipus doesn´t believe to apollo
  • Anagnorisis 
  • o, o, o, light of the sun, let me look upon no more , cursed is my life.
  • Im now the king ( creon)
  • Oedipus, shows Hubris and excessive arrogance when he insult apollo. When Oedipus insult Apollo, Oedipus is insultin the gods and in the future he will go down. In scene 1 Oedipus said¨go out of my house at once and be demanded! I did not know you would talk like a fool. This is Hubris because it shows how Oedipus believes he hole important than actual god.
  • Nemesisis
  • Oedipus show perpetia when he take the pins from Jocasta and put in the eyes and his is a blind. In scene Exodus ¨Oedipus tore the brooches from Jocasta and lifted them up high and  dasshed them into his own eyes balls.¨ so, in the begining he was a king and at the end he was poor.
  • Catharsis
  • Oedipus shows Anagnoorisis when in the begining he don´t believe that he kill his father, when he put pin in his eyes he said that he know the truth that he kill his father. In the scene 4 Oedipus said ¨o, o, o light of the sun, let me look upon you no more, cursed is my life.¨ this means Oedipus realises the truth.
  • Oedipus show Nemesis when he was sleeping with his mother and they have children. In the scene 2 Oedipus said ¨ In was doomed to lie with my mother and be the murder of my father.¨ This means he lies to his mother that he was a not a murder 
  • good bye 
  • OIedipus showas when Oedipus have to leave the city because he kill his father  and he promise that the murder will leave the city.  He give his son ( also brothers) to creon. In the scene Exedus Oedipus said ¨ I weep when I think of the bitternes there will be in your lives. This means Oedipus is saying bye to his son.
