2nd person: First, to make a cake, you first want to get your cake mix or your premade batter, that you made from scratch. You then want to pour all ingredients into a bowl (that are listed on your cake mix) and mix those all together.
Don't forget to mix well!
Next, you want to pour in your cake batter/mix into a pan of your choice, after it has been sprayed with butter so it won't stick, once you have done that, you can then pre-heat the oven to 350 f and let it warm up. Then once it is warmed up, place your cake batter in the pan, into your preheated oven.
While waiting, you could even get your decorations out for your cake for later.
Finally, once your cake is finished in the oven, you then need to take it out of the oven. Next, let the cake cool down for about 10-20 minutes. Lastly, once your cake is cooled down, place it on a table or flat surface for the birthday party guests to enjoy!
mmmm, smells amazing!
1st person: So I just made the cake for my cousins birthday party, I'm kind of nervous because I really don't know if she will like it.
*doorbell rings* Oh no, everyone is here! I hope the house looks good!
Wait...did I leave the oven on?!?
Quick update, The party is going, well, okay, no one is really talking, but that's okay, because whenever the cake is out, hopefully, it will start conversation.
Okay, we just finished eating cake and opening presents, everyone is gone but luckily, the cake started conversation because it was that good! Im glad today ended well!
