  • Before she had become famous she had always loved reading and writing she also become one of the first women to actually go into a library.
  • When the revolution began in 1848 in Italy, she became the first female war correspondent who wrote from under the literal gun. She was brave, honest, and always aware of her own core values. After their involvement in the Italian Revolution,her husband attempted to flee by sailing for the United States.
  • She had done many things but with this became such a bigger and better life She was the first full-time American female book reviewer in journalism. Her book Woman in the Nineteenth Century is considered the first major feminist work in the United States. Born in Massachusetts she was given a substantial early education by her father, Timothy
