  • In the Paleolithic Age people used spears or other tools to hunt animals or they gathered fruits and berries  
  • In the Neolithic Age people learned to  plant crops.
  • In the Paleolithic Age people collected things they found like food. Sometimes they found other things like rocks to make materials.
  • This meant people had to move from place to place cause when the fruits and berries ran out and all the animals died and ran away there was nothing for the people eat. They never had a permanent shelter. 
  • In the Neolithic Age people learned to trade.
  • This change was important because people now can settle down and just have to worry about planting crops. Also there population grows.
  • In the Paleolithic Age people made small huts or they lived caves.
  • This meant people where always up and moving always on the search for something. Like food or even other materials to build something. 
  • In the Neolithic Age people learned build permanent homes.
  • This change was important because people can now get material that they didn't have or get crops they didn't grow.
  • This show that people where always on the move to get to locations for food. There houses where always small or they lived in caves for that reason. They didn't want to build a house if they where only going to stay there for a few weeks.
  • This change was important because people can have protection from harsh weather and animals and this made life more comfortable. People can also cook in new ways and the population grows.
