  • Welcome everyone to my kitchen where i'm gonna teach you about conduction, convection, and radiation
  •  When the pan touches the hot stove conduction occurs. All of the heat that is on the stove is being transferred to the pan through direct contact, so conduction is happening.
  • When an ice burg melts it is being affected  by a type of heat transfer called radiation .
