Storyboard Text

  • There are two types of worms: diurnal brown worms and nocturnal white worms. Their habitat, basically, is the soil.
  • The diurnal white warms has natural selection against, because they are the prey of the owls. Also, their phenotypes don't help them, since their white color shines or highlights in the night.
  • Only one diurnal white worm survive the attack of the predators. Its population is in danger of extinction, so it needs to reproduce as fast as possible.
  • A plague come, the humans, they start to cut the trees, making know natural selection be against the owls and forcing them to migrate.
  • Owls migrate to a habitat with trees, so the worm population could adapt and reproduce easily to its habitat. The only survivor of the diurnal white worms will be the common ancestor for the next generation.
  • With the time the worms' genotypes melt creating a genetic nutation and evolution. The new worm population are beige and their behavioral and structural adaptation change, because the new generation is split in diurnal and nocturnal groups, that depends on their descendants
