  • The beautiful girl had lost her husband at a young age. She was filled with sorrow and couldn't find happiness with anything in her life. So she takes out her canoe and decides to go down the river. 
  • So she rowed herself down the river singing her death song
  • hmmm mmmm mmmm
  • As she was going she ran into a strong current that tossed her out of her canoe
  • The god of thunder saw her in distress and picked her up out of the water and carried her to his home. She lived her for a while, but really wished to see her people again. Then the god of thunder and the maid had saw a snake that was poisoning the waters of her people. The god of thunder let the maid go to warn her people!
  • Be careful of the water! There is a snake that  is poisoning the water! You all need to go upstream to somewhere else so thatyou will not be bothered
  • The people had listened to the maid and moved farther upstream so no one was bothered by the snake anymore. The snake was furious when it found out. The god of Thunder took care of the snake and also brought the maid and her people to where he lived so that they all could be safe.
