  • the declaration of independence took place in June 1776 it was resolved that the united colonies to have the right to be free and independent the they are absolved from all allegiance to the british crown.
  • Locke belived that people natural rights that belong to them because there are human also he put forward his own veiw of the social contract theory but according to Locke people form government to protect their natural rights but they do not surrender control over their government  and the people right to revolt and replace that government with a new one.
  • the adoption of the declaration of independence the united states was born the 13 colonies became free and independence  than a war for independence indeed   the declaration ushered in groundbreaking notion of human rights and limited governments.
