  • Act 1
  • When shall we three meet again? In thunder, lightning, or in rain?
  • What bloody man is that? He can report, As seemeth by his plight, of the revolt The newest state.
  • Doubtful it stood, As two spent swimmers that do cling together And choke their art. The merciless Macdonwald.
  • This is the Sergeant who, like a good and hardy soldier fought 'Gainst my captivity.
  • Not so happy, yet much happier.
  • Thou shalt get kings, though thou be none. So all hail, Macbeth and Banquo!
  • Lesser than Macbeth and greater.
  • There are three witches and they are talking about when are they going to meet. Moreover, the second witch said that after finishing the battle which means when Macbeth and Banquo go back to Scotland. 
  • Glamis thou art, and Cawdor; and shalt be What thou art promised. Yet do I fear thy nature; It is too full o' th' milk of human kindness
  • King Duncan is honoured of Macbeth because he saved his son Malcolm which his situation is a danger. Therefore, King Duncan thought that he is a brave and strong man.
  • What beast was ’t, then, That made you break this enterprise to me?
  • We will proceed no further in this business. He hath honored me of late, and I have bought Golden opinions from all sorts of people, Which would be worn now in their newest gloss, Not cast aside so soon.
  • When the witches told Macbeth that either he or Banquo's descendants will be the king and Macbeth wants to know how he can become the king. Which means he believe people easily. On the other hand, Banquo didn't believe what they said, he thinks that they are mocking.
  • I am settled, and bend up Each corporal agent to this terrible feat.
  • Lady Macbeth thinks that her husband, Macbeth is really kind, so she is scared that he betrays her to kill King Duncan. The reason why she wants to kill king is because she wants to be a queen which shows how she is 
  • Lady Macbeth persuaded to his husband, Macbeth that he is a man, so he should be brave and need to kill King Duncan. it doesn't make sense that because of he is a man, he should be a murder. 
  • He finally confirmed to kill King Duncan. Which shows how she is a controllable woman, she has more power than Macbeth
