Total Wellness is very important to the human body
Total wellness is when you or other people are in a state of mental, and physical well-being. In order to be well, it is good to be not stressed. Having too much stress can put your body on overload and it may even eventually kill you. To manage stress, you should calm your mind and manage your tasks throughout the day. Your tasks and goals should reasonable and should follow the S.M.A.R.T rules. If they are reasonable and you can follow them, you should be able to be happy with your everyday life.
In total, for well-ness you need good goals, a good and fun job for you, and a positive attitude. For me, I usually get stressed when I have too much work. So, to help it I usually try to finish a lot of it as soon as possible or even take a nap to refresh my memory.
